Intense???

Intense.  It’s a word that seems to have wheedled its way into our everyday vocabulary.  And with the cosmic line up being what it is in the next eight weeks, it may not be leaving anytime soon.  So what are we to do as wave upon wave of catalytic energy continues to surge in a seemingly unending and relentless ocean of transformation.

We re-define.  That’s what we do!

We embrace it and we re-frame.  So let’s start with Intense…..or as I prefer to think of it, I Now Trust Everything New & Surrender Even-more.

This is my new catch-phrase.  It’s my go-to reminder that I am done with suffering.  And if I happen to catch myself picking up my racket for a round of old-style dualistic ping pong (the game of good & bad or right & wrong) then this simple phrase reminds me I have choice.  I have the choice to resist what is happening and cast judgements upon the experience.  Or, I can trust it is happening to support my process of positive transformation and surrender to the greatest alignment and the best possible outcome.

Trust and surrender: they are such powerful pathways to shifting our perspective and opening our hearts.  And the moment we do that, we alter the way in which we are experiencing our circumstances.  We empower ourselves to experience transformation with grace and ease, rather than exuding vast amounts of energy trying to change circumstances that were set up in the first place as the most ideal conditions for us to experience ourselves more fully.  To open more fully.  To trust more fully.

And to surrender.

By embracing every encounter and every circumstance as a bridge to our next level, we open the pathways of perception that allow us to view the very thing we want to avoid as something that is supporting us, rather than something that is preventing us from experiencing joy and peace.

We are all on a journey to experience ourselves more fully and behold our own magnificence as expressions of the Divine.  We are, quite literally, the Universe experiencing itself.  So why judge the way in which the Universe is choosing to get to know itself on any given day?  Why not explore alongside the Universe and allow ourselves to be shown an increasingly magnificent picture of the majesty we are part of.  How about embracing the breaking down process as a vital and potentially enjoyable step toward breaking through.  What if we were to consider that the very reason breaking down feels less appealing than breaking through is that we tend to resist breaking down and embrace breaking through.  So let’s re-frame it. 

Let’s get honest with ourselves about which phase we are in and surrender to the knowledge it is an ongoing cycle without a beginning or an end.  And remember, if we find ourselves suffering during the breaking down phase we are free to make a choice – the choice to surrender all resistance and re-frame our perspective to one of infinite gratitude for the circumstance that have arisen as catalysts for the process of positive transformation that is occurring.

Remember, there is always room to trust more and there is always room to surrender more.  And this in turn opens the gate to greater love and a broader perspective….which means, we will be perfectly prepared for whatever comes next.  Because whatever is happening now, it is preparation for what is coming.  So lighten up on how big a deal it is and view the process from higher ground.  Let’s see the divine orchestration that is constantly supporting us by creating conditions that encourage us to open and expand, thus allowing each and every surge of incoming energy to become increasingly simple to assimilate. 

Think back to what used to knock you off your perch in the earlier stages of your awakening.  Would it phase you now?  I think not.  And if anything is rocking your perch right now, acknowledge that very soon it too will be a walk in the park.

It’s time to close the 3D and 4D handbooks that insist everything is a lesson and embrace the lighter stance that 5D and beyond offer.  From this perspective, everything is an experience and every experience is leading us to the next one in the perpetual game of creation. 

Right now the game is focused on physical Ascension on the Earth Plane, which means we are consistently making way for the light that is our true nature to be embodied.  Thus allowing the ascended consciousness that we are in another dimension to take up residence within a physical vessel and begin a whole new game of creation.

No matter what happens, we have the choice to view and experience it as support on our journey of Ascension.  And anything else belongs to paradigm of thinking that, whether we realise it or not, is no longer being supported upon this planet.  In other terms, we are already unplugged from the 3D matrix and now we’re having a series of experiences that are enabling us to realise it. 

There comes a time in the journey when we loosen our grip on all that has been and allow it to be re-framed as what got us here.  A time when we embrace each and every experience with gratitude for how it expanded us and feel compassion for the parts that experienced it…..and recognition and honour for the one who survived!  In place of the story, appreciation is free to grow for the present moment.  And right alongside it inspiration stirs, spurred by the visions within that are showing us a myriad of ways in which we can express our very own unique and fully ascended consciousness into the ongoing game of creation currently focused on planet Earth – the destination of infinite potential.  May the drama stop….and the musical begin!
