May the Fourth (BE with You)...

​Apologies for the tongue-in-cheek pun but I couldn’t resist!!!

So I’ve checked my diary, the calendar, my phone and my computer and they all confirm, it is in fact, May the 4th.  Really?  Wasn’t it just January?

Alas our lives are so full these days and the completely fluid nature of time is presenting itself ever more clearly.  It is increasingly apparent that we are frequency moving from one vibration to another and time is, as it always has been, merely a tool to provide a focal point for frequencies and life streams to overlap and an enjoyable way for us to make sense of our own adventures.

That brings me to today’s message:  The Cycle of Transformation.  But before we begin, I am re-posting the following timely and very relevant message from September 2014. 

​Wow, things have really AMPED up!  I am witnessing synchronicity in such a way that the word synchronicity just doesn’t cut it anymore.  Yes, we’ve all known we are ONE but the way in which we are tangibly experiencing it now is simply beautiful.  It is so clear if something is in Divine alignment because if it is, it requires almost no effort to bring it to fruition (well except for the y e a r s of hard work we have ALL put in to allow ourselves to function above the dross).  The decision making process, as I have known it, seems to have disappeared entirely.  So much so that if I attempt to “decide” something I find myself in a state of magnified frustration in about 2.3 seconds!  I’m now choosing to drop anything that isn’t immediately clear and allowing it to come back to me when it is.  And for the most part, this no longer seems to happen in “meditation”.  I’m far more likely to have my “aha” moment mid-way through peeling potatoes!  It’s that increased sense of being “online” all the time.  In fact, if I make a concerted effort to connect with higher guidance it all becomes rather vague.  After all, the very nature of attempting to “connect” is suggesting that we are “unconnected” and that’s no longer our way.  Now that’s not saying that I don’t recommend sitting in stillness. Actually, far from it.  I find moments of being in stillness are more important than even.  It’s more the insight and retrieval part of the equation that I am referring to.  These are the inklings, intuitions, remembrances and understandings that come to us while we’re “peeling the potatoes”.  And it’s during those glorious moments of stillness - be it meditation, resting or walking in the sunshine – that we receive our downloads: those massive packets of light that awaken our knowing and allow it to come forth in the hours, days and weeks that follow as clarity and knowing.  In many ways this has always been the way, it is simply more available to us now.

Back near the end of May I woke with a message.  Everything has changed and we have entered a new “operating system”.  It will take a few months to get used to it - but when we do, we will move in leaps and bounds”.   

I think the past few months have been intense training ground for this new way - coupled with many an opportunity to see the illusions we have created and choose a new reality.  Now it is about PRACTICE.  It’s about standing tall upon the foundation of our experience, drawing strength from our united Family of Light and coming to our own place of knowing that this is the moment we have been waiting for.

And in doing so we embrace and allow our unique place within the Cosmic Wheel.  For just as the cogs turn in sequence on a mighty machine, we all “move” at different times.  This is the Divine Dance.  This is Oneness.  This is the way in which we support each other and the planet through this shift in consciousness.  We move in sequence:  we take steps when it is our turn to dance.

For some this happens as the Cosmic Wheel strikes Noon; for some it’s at quarter past the hour.  And for some it’s at the 59th minute, just as the wheel is beginning to turn again.  This is the symphony of Oneness and I honour you for allowing your cog to turn on just the right note.  For without you doing so I would miss my cue.  Feeling so much love and appreciation for all of you…

Now back to today and The Cycle of Transformation.

Our entire existence in cyclic.  Creation itself is cyclic.  Nothing is fixed.  Be it the passage of the Moon, the changing seasons, the rotation of planets, the transit of comets or evolution itself:  all is in a state of constant flux, ebbing and flowing within the Divinely Orchestrated Symphony we call Life.  And so too are we.

As we all know, we are living in a time of unprecedented transformation, participating in one of the greatest ever leaps in evolution.  As such, each one of us is a magnificent portion of the entire kaleidoscope of consciousness being embodied and anchored upon dear Planet Earth.  And, each one of us has our own unique Cycle of Transformation that fits like glove into the greater picture: a perfectly formed cog turning within and adding to the momentum of All.

For me, having ridden the wheel of expanding consciousness many times since the early stages of my Awakening in 2004, a clear (and now very comforting) pattern has emerged.  And just like the Sacred Elements, the Cardinal Points and the Seasons of the Year, I have found the process falls neatly into four categories or themes.  I call them Breakdown, Breakthrough, Emergence and Embodiment.  Each phase of the cycle giving way to the next.  And best of all, I’ve learnt with Self-Love, Acceptance and Faith I am able to experience each phase with Joy.  Acknowledging the beauty in the process and its cyclic nature has liberated me from the need to push or rush to reach the next phase. 

I lovingly share the following synopsis of my process in the hope it supports you in understanding and embracing your own at a deeper level.

Breakdown: Pressure builds.  Overwhelm takes hold. I want to withdraw and have seemingly lost interest in everything. And quite frankly, I’m a bit grumpy!  

Breakthrough: Respite, relief and a long exhalation as I surrender even deeper.  The desire to nurture, rest and be gentle. 

Emergence: A deep inhalation and a feeling of expansion. A sense of renewal and the return of motivation.  New momentum, and often a change of direction.

Embodiment: Effortless gratitude and love.  A sense of grace and ease in all things.  A knowing that requires no words. 

At whatever turn of the wheel you find yourself at within the great Cycle of Transformation, may you find joy through the avenue of Self-Love, Acceptance and Faith as you continue to ride a magnificent wheel of ever expanding consciousness.
