Congratulations!

Congratulations.....you have successfully navigated one of the greatest leaps in human evolution since forever!!!  You have surfed a tsunami sized wave of transformative energies that make epic seem small! And although you may have wobbled, your head is still above the water.  You have survived......now, are you ready to THRIVE?

Solar eclipses, lunar eclipses, planetary alignments, star emanations, solar flares, portal openings, grid activations, cellular re-structuring and more.  We’ve had it all! 

So what’s is all about?

In a nutshell, it’s about expaaaaansion - a rise in consciousness (that which we are aware of) and opportunity galore.  The opportunity to allow our own divine blueprint to unravel within every cell of our body and, in doing so, loosen the grip outdated and old energy patterns have upon us.

There are many ways we can do this, and for some the tendency to delve into the murkiness and look for meaning is strong.  And yet, I am repeatedly being shown gentler (and quicker) options.  Never before has it been truer that whatever we focus upon, we energise.  Where ever we direct our focus we create the very thing we are focusing upon.  So it stands to reason that the time of delving into our old patterns is behind us.  Why energise something that is no longer our preference?  Why energise something that is running interference and creating ripples within our own unique energy signature?

It is a question of choice.  The moment you become aware of a vibration that is no longer desirable – most usually noted by an increase in mental activity, a shift in emotional stability or restriction of some kind within the body – you have arrived at a moment of power within your journey of Mastery.  Right there in that moment you have the choice to be conscious.  To be aware that a disharmonious pattern has been influencing you and now you have the choice to allow it to continue or to invite a new energy forward that better serves you.  It is no longer necessary to turn the old pattern inside out to realise it is restricting your expansion – you can feel it! 

Instead, why not thank it for all it has offered you and acknowledge that one of our favoured ways of navigating within this world of physicality is to experience the opposite of what we want and who we are.  Contrast has been one of our most powerful tools for experiencing and understanding the vast range of emotions and vibrations we are capable of.  When we know what we don’t want and what doesn’t work for us, our lens becomes considerably more focused on what we do want and what does work.
 
So why not thank duality for the experience and seemingly endless roller-coaster ride and skip to the next step by energising only that which you want, only that which you wish to see in the world and only that which supports you in being all that you are.

Energise love.  Energise positive transformation.  Energise authenticity…..and allow the rest to be “overtaken” by the expansive and harmonious nature of these higher vibrations.

Align your thoughts, your words and your actions with this process.  And laugh at yourself when you repeat your old ways - it’s not a test, it’s an experience!

Whether we are aware of it or not the world in which we co-creatively exist has changed.  The entire stage has been re-set.  The old rules only apply if we choose them.  And the news rules only become apparent when we allow our self to explore them.  Give yourself permission to do it differently.  Let that inkling inside flow to the surface and do it the way you want to.  And if you’re not quite sure how that looks yet then do nothing until you feel moved to do so.  Stop doing it how it’s been done and make room for a new way to be revealed.  Do it your way.

The temptation to burst in to song right now is simply too great to resist.  So please join me as I sing along with Frank….  

Regrets, I've had a few, but then again, too few to mention.
I did what I had to do and saw it through without exemption.

I planned each charted course, each careful step along the byway.
And more, much more than this, I did it my way.

Yes, there were times, I'm sure you knew, when I bit off more than I could chew.
But through it all, when there was doubt, I ate it up and spit it out.
I faced it all and I stood tall…..and did it my way.
